How long can items be stored in my shopping bag?
The shopping bag your account is linked to will retain its contents for up to 30 days. This applies to all customers.
Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?
It is only possible to make a change to your order within one hour of placing it if the order has not been processed. Zaful processes orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (within the hour) with your change/cancellation request details included.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Zaful accepts PayPal, Credit card via Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, etc.) For USA customers only at the moment, Credit Card Directly, Western Union, Wired Transfer, Zaful Gift Cards.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Zaful accepts several currencies. Kindly note different payment methods support different currencies when checking out.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact Zaful immediately.
When will you start processing my refund?
For returned items or items for exchange, Zaful will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
