Can I choose the delivery date and time?
Unfortunately, it is not possible for a customer to choose a specific date and time.
Is it possible for the order to be bought as a gift and wrapped?
Yes, during checkout, customers should select the “Buying a gift?” option and personalise their order. The order will be delivered in an elegant gift pack with a ribbon and without prices. If you wish to add a personal message, enter the text into the “Greeting Card” field; YOOX will print it on a yoox.com card. The cost of gift wrapping is $4.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time. Enter the order number that you received via email in the follow your order page. If you are a registered user, you can find all information related to the order on your MYOOX page.
Can I change my order and add other products or remove them?
Unfortunately, not. Each order is processed automatically and once it has been registered, it is not possible to modify the details. To purchase additional items, customers must place a new order.
What is your refund policy?
YOOX usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at their warehouse. During peak times it could take up to 7 business days. Once the returned item has been accepted, YOOX will immediately request reimbursement and send customers a confirmation email. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.
