How can I check my order status?
After you place your order and want to know your dress status, please log in to Yesbabyonline’s website, and click “My Order” to check it. If there is no new updated, you can email Yesbabyonline at firstname.lastname@example.org, and they will reply to you within 24 hours.
What kind of warranty or guarantee does Yesbabyonline offer on products?
Before shipping each item to customers, Yesbabyonline’s quality check department will do a detailed check to ensure high quality and never purposely send out damaged or faulty goods.
How do I choose the size? Is it based on UK or US standard?
Yesbabyonline offers standard US size and custom measurements. If you have concerns about the size, Yesbabyonline suggests you choose the custom size. Please get the professional measurements first and fill in the exact measurements when you place an order.
Can I change the size and colour of my dresses after payment?
If you want to change the size or colour within 24 hours after payment, please kindly contact Yesbabyonline. They will check and modify that for you. If the time is over 24 hours, please also contact them, and their customer service team will check on whether it can be changed.
