Wittner accepts VISA, Mastercard, Afterpay, Zip Pay, PayPal.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link that you can use on Wittner’s carrier’s website to track your order. Your tracking number will become active once the driver has picked up and scanned your parcel. If you don’t receive your tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder in case it makes its way into there. Alternatively, you can enter your tracking number on the StarTrack website
I have received part of my order, where is the rest?
Wittner may have split your order into multiple shipments. In the event of split orders, you should receive separate emails with tracking for each parcel.
I’m placing an international order, what else do I need to know?
Customs and import duties, taxes and fees will vary from country to country and delivery timeframes may be affected by customs or other importation requirements. Please be aware of your country’s restrictions and regulations for the importation of leather shoes and accessories before completing your order.
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange any item, including sale, that is unworn and in its original condition to any Wittner store or Wittner Online Returns within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund, credit or exchange. Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or your Wittner Co online order history for Wittner Co members will be needed to process the return.
