How do I change my flight ticket?
Tickets can only be changed if permitted by the airline policy. If your tickets haven’t been used and you need to change them, you can find and select the relevant booking by clicking ‘Flight Bookings’, and then click the button ‘Change’, choose the passengers and segment you want to change and submit a change request. If you do this, the airline may charge a change fee in accordance with the ticket policy. Also, once you’ve changed a ticket, the original ticket cannot be recovered.
After booking my flight, can I check in online?
Once your tickets have been issued, go to ‘Flight Bookings’ page and select the relevant booking. Select the check-in and seat selection option, then attempt to check-in.
Will I receive a refund for my hotel booking?
You can check the progress of your refund on the booking details page. If you paid a deposit by credit card when you checked in, it will generally take 7–10 working days for this to be refunded, though the exact time it takes will depend on your bank.
Does the hotel require me to pay anything in advance?
Each hotel pays a different deposit, the specific charge is subject to the hotel front desk.
Are there baggage restrictions when booking a train?
Baggage weight limits are 20 kg for adults and 10 kg for children. The total dimensions (length + width + height) of each piece cannot exceed 130 cm for high-speed trains or 160 cm for other trains. Baggage exceeding these limitations must be checked in. Hazardous and prohibited items cannot be taken into the station or aboard the train.
