What is Tail Activewear’s policy regarding international returns?
If returning an item from outside the Continental U.S., the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, duties and taxes associated with returning any item, as well as $25.00 for any exchange order requested. No prepaid return labels will be provided.

When will items be restocked?
Tail Activewear’s fashion merchandise is created on a seasonal basis. The colours and styling will change to reflect the latest trends and fashions. Tail Activewear strives to keep our fit consistent and use many of the most successful styles and fabrics from season to season. Their Essentials line is a collection of styles and colours that are in stock on a year-round basis. Visit your nearest Tail Activewear retailer or check their site to see the latest collection.
What is Tail Activewear’s policy for damaged items?
Tail Activewear is so sorry to hear your order arrived in less than perfect condition! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please process the exchange or return through their returns site (returns.tailactivewear.com), please make note that the item was damaged upon receipt. You can also email Tail Activewear at email@example.com and they will work with you to arrange a return, replacement or refund.
What are the costs for International Shipping?
Tail Activewear charges a flat rate of $25 to any country that UPS can ship. Please be aware that there may be duty or custom fees charged by your country that is not Tail Activewear’s responsibility. By purchasing, the customer accepts FULL responsibility of duty or custom fees.
How can I check my order status?
If you have an account with Tail Activewear, log in to see your order history. Click on the order you are checking on to see the order details, payment status, fulfilment status and tracking information.
As soon as your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email. Tail Activewear will send you a separate email with UPS tracking information once your order ships. If you have not received an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder and make sure firstname.lastname@example.org is on your safe list.
How do I cancel or change my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact Tail Activewear immediately at email@example.com or 888-906-1341. Once Tail Activewear’s warehouse has processed your order, they will be unable to make any changes.
