I’m trying to locate my order. How do I track the delivery?
Orders placed before 2 pm AEST on weekdays are shipped that day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as the order is processed through their despatch system and this email will have a link to Track Your Order. Tracking data will not update until later that night, so don’t be worried if your tracking link doesn’t work right away.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 2 pm AEST are normally delivered the next business day if you choose the Express Courier shipping option. The eParcel signature service normally takes 1-5 business days. You can track the status of your delivery using the Track Your Order link in your shipping confirmation email.
My tracking says my order is delivered, but I don’t have it. What do I do?
If you have selected Express Shipping (no signature required) you have provided authority for the driver to leave your parcel unattended at the shipping address entered on your order. The parcel will normally be left at your front door or mailbox, but can sometimes be hidden out of sight behind pot plants or in a carport. For secure apartment blocks, the parcel may also be left with a front desk or in a general parcel delivery area if the driver cannot access your front door. Please ensure you have checked all around your address to make sure you haven’t missed your order and if you require further information please contact their courier company with your tracking number ready. They cannot take responsibility for no-signature deliveries once left at your address, so they recommend selecting signature delivery if you feel your address is unsafe to have a parcel left.
I returned an item for an exchange, but I’ve been refunded. Why did this happen?
If you had requested a new size and have received a refund notice it means the size you requested was not available at the time your return was processed. They also do not process exchanges for another colour or style of item. In these cases, a refund is provided for your returned item(s) so that you can search for a suitable available replacement.

SurfStitch accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through the website. You can also pay with PayPal and Afterpay (AU customers only).
