Making custom photo items with Snapfish is easy. Simply choose the item you want to create, upload your photos, and then personalise your gift with text, embellishments, and themed backgrounds.
Do you make home decor items?
Yes, Snapfish makes a variety of home decor items ranging from photo tiles to create a gallery wall in your home, tabletop photo panels to custom throw pillows, photo blankets, and canvas prints.
How many photos can I use on a gift and can I edit them?
The number of photos you can use depends on the gift you choose. A majority of Snapfish’s photo gifts have collage layout options, so you can add multiple pictures. After you’ve uploaded your photos to your gift, their builder tool allows you to edit photo orientation, colour, and red eyes.
How do I receive my photo item?
Some of Snapfish’s gifts are available for in-store pick-up at your local Walgreens, CVS, and Walmart, while all of their gifts can be delivered directly to you at a variety of shipping speeds.
Can I cancel an order I have placed but haven’t received it?
Yes, the cancel feature allows you to cancel an order within 1 hour (60 minutes) after the order has been placed. Simply go to your Account and access your Order History. You’ll see your most recent orders at the top. Click on the order number you wish to cancel and you will be taken to the order details page, where you will see the Cancel Order icon. Click on it and confirm that you wish to cancel your order. A confirmation will then appear in the order details page to inform you that your order has been successfully cancelled.
