Yes. Signare Tapestry ships Internationally.
What if I have a faulty item?
Signare Tapestry is really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that they can get this fixed for you please send them an email. To help them get this fixed for you ASAP, please include the following information in your email:
* Your name
* Order number
* Product name and code (this can be found in your order confirmation)
* Picture of the fault
* Description of the fault
How can I return the item?
* Please send them an email to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting:
Reason for return
* Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached. Remember to include your despatch note that came with the package.
* Cover your original address label with their return address:
Signare, Unit 2L Albany Park, Frimley, Surrey, GU16 7PL, UK
* Return your package via your local Post Office, remembering to get proof of postage. Keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return. Unfortunately, they do not provide free returns, so you will need to cover the postage cost.
* Once they receive your item(s) they will issue you a refund and you will be notified.
When will I receive my refund?
Signare Tapestry is happy to give you a refund within 30 days from the date you received your item.
