Can I cancel my order?
If you’ve only just placed your order, and it hasn’t shipped out yet, Showpo may be able to cancel it. Once your order has been placed they need to know asap so they can try and cancel it for you before it’s shipped out. If your order has already shipped out they are unable to cancel it for you. You can always return your items back to Showpo once they’ve arrived if you no longer want them.
How do I know you are getting an item back in stock?
New styles and popular items are restocked regularly soShowpo recommends clicking the ‘size out of stock?’ link on their product page and following the prompts so they can notify you when they restock the item you’re after. They also suggest keeping an eye out and checking the Site and App often to ensure you don’t miss out.
What payment methods do you accept?
Showpo accepts a variety of payment types, including PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and more). They also offer Afterpay for AU, NZ and US customers.
What is your return policy?
Customers can return orders for either full store credit or a refund (to your original payment method), within 30 days of placing your order. Showpo will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using their Returns Portal. Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed and unstained. Footwear needs to be in its original box and wedding gowns must have their QC ribbon attached and be in the original packaging.
When should I expect my refund?
All items returned back to Showpo, that meet the returns criteria, can receive either full store credit or a refund (to your original payment method), within 30 days of placing your order.
