How do I track my order?
Log into “My Account”, Click on “My Orders”. In “My Orders”, customers will be able to get an overview of their order history and their status. Click “View Details” for more. If the order is “Shipped”, select “Track” to check the current status of the package. They will then be taken to an overview of the recent shipping history of the package.
How do I find my size?
Shoppers will see the ‘Check My Size’ button on some product pages. SHEIN Fit Finder will ask for information such as height, age and weight to help choose the right size when ordering. When logged in, shoppers will then see a size recommendation on some product pages, best matched to the information provided. Just click on the ‘SIZE & FIT’ button on each product page to find out the model’s size and measurements.
Do you accept returns?
SHEIN gladly accepts returns within 30 days of receipt for most items. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
Are there items that do not qualify for returns?
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, jewellery, beauty underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). SHEIN cannot offer refunds on cosmetics if the hygiene seal has been broken.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your SHEIN Wallet or the original payment account, as per your request.
