How do I check the status of my order?
If customers know their order number and billing zip code, they can track any package under the Order Status & Tracking section at the bottom of Saks 5th Avenue’s website. If this is not the case, customers may log into their online shopping account to retrieve an order number. In the event that customers do not have an online shopping account, they may contact Customer Service.
What do I do if something is missing from my order?
Please check shipping confirmation email(s) or Saks 5th Avenue account order history and verify that all items were shipped in one package, as items from orders may ship from multiple locations. After confirming the number of shipments that should be received, and if customers are still missing an item, please contact their Customer Service.
Can I cancel my order?
Customers have up to 20 minutes from when an order is placed to cancel. Not all items are available to cancel, but Saks 5th Avenue will do their best to help.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason customers are not completely satisfied, Saks 5th Avenue may return or exchange their purchase. Simply follow the guidelines on their website. The item must be in like-new condition, unless defective when sold. “Like-new” means unworn, undamaged, unaltered, saleable and with all tickets attached.
