What size are the bands? What are the levels of resistance bands?
The majority of RubberBanditz’s bands are currently 41” when they are laid flat, RubberBanditz also offer 6’ Agility and 10’ Explosive for more mobility during sprinting and agility drills. To give customers a better idea RubberBanditz has listed each band with its length, width, and resistance on RubberBanditz’s website.
How far can you stretch the bands?
They can safely be stretched up to 2.5 times their original length without causing any harm to the band. Though they will stretch further, RubberBanditz does not recommend customers do this as a safety and durability precaution.
How long should the bands last?
This depends on several variables such as, how often they’re used, how hard customers use them, how far they’re regularly stretched and the band size. Under normal conditions, which RubberBanditz estimates as an hour workout three times a week with medium intensity, the lighter bands (Light, Medium, Heavy) should last around 1-2 years. Our wider bands (Robust, Power, Strong, Monster) should last at least 2-3 years under the same conditions.
Why is my band a different colour than the one online?
RubberBanditz periodically change band colours in order to respond to customers’ demands. Please let RubberBanditz know if customers want to exchange their bands for a different colour and RubberBanditz will do the best they can to accommodate.
