Can I change the size or colour of my order?
If customers need to change the size/colour of a certain item, please contact Romwe for assistance. Also, customers may cancel their order and then repurchase it in the correct size/colour.
How long will the order take to arrive?
Since Romwe ships from overseas, it will take some days to pass the customs check. During this period, it may have no updating for shipping until the package arrives at the local distribution centre.
How can I track my order?
Romwe provides some easy ways to track packages: 1) Shipping Email: It contains the tracking number and a link to the courier’s site. 2) Track via ‘My orders’: Select the order in question and click ‘Track’.
What is Romwe‘s return policy?
Romwe accepts returns on most items within 60 days from the original purchase date. Please note: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewellery, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). Romwe cannot offer refunds on cosmetics if the hygienic seal has been broken.
What is the status of my return or exchange?
