How do I take care of my book so that it remains in good condition?
To prevent fading of the images and cover materials, Photobook recommend storing your book in an area away from direct sunlight ideally in one of their Presentation Boxes or Slipcases (available for certain sizes/products) for optimal protection from light, dust, and environmental factors. Photobook does not recommend storing your books in an area where they may be subjected to extreme heat, humidity, or any contact with moisture.
Can I get a softcopy or digital version of my book?
Photobook is sorry to advise that they do not provide digital versions of the files. However, if you are using the downloaded Photobook Designer Software, you can save a lower resolution Proof copy of the book in JPEG or PDF via File > Create Proofs.
Can I bill to a different address than my shipping address?

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details. You can also check the status of your order online on the links given according to your shipping country. If your package has not been delivered within the estimated time frame of your shipping method, or you have additional questions regarding shipping, Photobook is there to help you out.
What should I do if my delivered items are not what I ordered?
If your shipment is not what you expected, please check the order details included with your invoice in the email. If the items delivered do not correspond to the product details in your invoice, please get in touch with Photobook’s support team immediately.
