How do I change the font size of my printed sheet music?
Unfortunately, you cannot simply increase the “font” size for sheet music as it is standardized within the software. However, you can print on larger sized paper and adjust your printer settings in order to fit the sheet music to the larger page size to get the music to print larger.
What type of paper should I use to print my digital sheet music?
You can print on any paper that usually works well in your printer. Standard printer and copy paper (white 24# and 20#) are the most common and usually work the best.
If you prefer to print on something other than plain white paper though, they would suggest choosing any paper with little or no texture so that the music prints smoothly - parchment is usually a good choice.
Musicnotes have also heard of customers printing on card stock to have a more “durable” page of sheet music; however the weight of cardstock may also increase your chances of a paper jam, so please keep this in mind.
If you are looking to print your sheet music larger than the default “letter” size (A4 in Europe and 8.5” by 11” in the US), you may choose to print on legal-sized paper, and then be sure to adjust your printer settings accordingly.
Can I self-cancel my order?
For orders containing digital sheet music only, you can cancel your order online (without having to contact their Customer Service Team) for up to seven days after your purchase. However, this may be done only if you have not yet downloaded and/or printed your sheet music. Please note: If your order contains any add-on products, you will be unable to self-cancel your order.
What is your return policy?
If you have not yet downloaded and/or printed your sheet music, you may self-cancel digital sheet music orders for up to seven days after purchase.
Please click here for self-cancellation instructions or, if you prefer, Submit a Request to their Customer Support team.
No returns will be granted past 90 days.
If an order has been successfully printed, they are unable to grant a refund due to the copyright restrictions and agreements they hold with our publishers. Add-on products may be cancelled individually, however, the add-on products may not be retained if the initial, related Musicnotes product is to be cancelled; for these cases, both the initial, related Musicnotes product and the add-on product must be cancelled together.

Upon purchasing a Musicnotes Pro - Standard or a Musicnotes Pro - Plus membership through the Musicnotes website, you are allowed to cancel your membership within two business days of purchase.
Any discounts applied to purchases during that time will be deducted from your refund amount.
