Why hasn’t my order been delivered yet?
Please check the estimated delivery date in the customer account or the Order Confirmation email (please allow until this date for the order to arrive). If the estimated delivery date is later than today’s date. Don’t worry everything is going as planned, and the customer should receive the products shortly.
When can I return a product?
Customers can return the items in their original state within 14 days of receiving them. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was received in, in the original box or bag of the brand, well-sealed, and inside an additional box or bag so that the shipping company is unable to put labels on the product.
What is Miscota’s non returnable products?
Products that are non-returnable are alimentary products, costume jewellery for performances, beauty products, cosmetics and hair products without the seal of guarantee.
What should I keep in mind about shipments?
The cost of shipping is different for each country and each type of product, with exception of high volume products, the price of shipping can be from free to 8.95 €. Customers will always have this information in the cart before payment.
How do I cancel my order?
Customers can cancel their order at any time before it has been shipped from Miscota‘s warehouse. To cancel the order customers must contact Miscota‘s customer service and request it.
