How do I know the status of my order?
When you place an order Macys, you will receive email updates concerning your order status. You’ll receive a confirmation email after each shipment leaves Macys’ warehouse with shipment details and your tracking number. Your order may ship within separate boxes and might be delivered on different dates. Each shipping confirmation email will provide information on merchandise that has already been shipped or has not been shipped yet.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Whether you’re signed in using your Macys account or you checked out as a guest, you have 30 minutes to cancel your order online from the time it was submitted.
Why is my order arriving in multiple shipments?
Macys makes every effort to ship your items together, but there will be times when they may have to divide your order into multiple shipments because of the availability of items ordered or because ordered items are shipping from different fulfilment centres or your order item(s) are shipping directly from the vendor. If your order has to be divided, Macys will send you a confirmation email advising you of the expected ship dates and the items expected to ship in each shipment.
What is your return policy?
Macys wants you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, they gladly accept most returns by mail and in stores within 90 days of purchase for free. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
When and how do I receive my refund?
Macys will credit your account(s) within 10 business days of receiving your return. It may take several days to post activity to your account. If you have your original receipt, the credit card you used to purchase, your return label or packing slip, you will get a refund in the original form of payment. If you have a gift receipt, a return label or a bridal registry number, you will get a refund in the form of a store credit.
