Can I cancel or change my order after I have placed it?
All orders are managed in real-time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure super fast dispatch and delivery. As soon as you place your order, it is sent automatically to the warehouse and they pick and pack quickly. That means Lucky Pet Supplies cannot alter or cancel orders. You are welcome to return your order to them if you change your mind (but not via Return to Sender as per their policy).
I have ordered an item and you cannot find it, what do I do?
All items are listed in good faith, however, if for any reason Lucky Pet Supplies cannot supply an item after sale, they will notify you immediately, and refund your payment if it has been made or make alternative arrangements agreed to by both parties.
Do you accept returns?
Any item that is marked Return to Sender for any reason (for example, refusal at address, incorrect address or unclaimed) will be refunded upon return to Lucky Pet Supplies’ warehouse. All Return to Sender parcels are refunded minus the original postage costs.
