After your reading, you can leave feedback about the reading at a popup screen. You can also leave feedback up to 7 days after the reading in your “History & Feedback” page. Should you want to change or leave feedback after that, please contact customer support. Also, be aware that they reserve the right to edit any feedback that is derogatory or defamatory.

Q: How do your pricing and billing work?

To use the phone, chat or email services provided by Life Reader, the customer can pre-purchase credit in the amounts set out on the site or can elect to pay on a 'pay as you go' basis. The customer can choose to have their pre-purchased credit amount automatically replenished by the duration value amounts set out on the site when an advice session exceeds the available credit pre-purchased. Where an advice session exceeds the credit pre-purchased the advice session will end.

Q: Do you offer refunds if I feel the consultation was unsatisfactory?

Consultation refund requests must be made by email transmission by the customer. Such communications must be submitted within 72 hours of the advice session ending. Requests must clearly state the consultation date, reader name and consultation fee. Consultation refunds can not exceed the equivalent value of a 15-minute consultation. Refunds for Special rates or discounted consultations are limited to the value of the special rate or discounted duration of the consultation. Refund requests are limited to one unsatisfactory consultation per month. Life Reader reserves the right to refund the customer partially or in full and also to refuse a refund request. All consultation refunds are issued as pre-paid credit to the customer account.

Q: What is this $1 amount I see on my credit card statement?

When you successfully register your credit card at Life Reader, a temporary pre-authorisation amount of $1 may show on your card statement. Please be assured this is NOT a transaction and will automatically disappear within 7 days as though it were never there. The pre-authorisation just verifies that the card being registered is valid.
