How do I search for an item I want on your site?
There is a Search field at the top centre of every page. If you have the product code or description, simply type that into the search field then hit enter. The search will look for products that match all of the words (or the product code) you enter. The results of your search will then be displayed in the centre of your screen.
How do I know my order has been successfully placed?
Once your transaction has been successful, you will return to a page which shows your order number. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order. Please check the details carefully, ensuring that you have entered the correct product information and that the delivery address is correct.
My order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, what do I do?
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within the delivery time stated please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call our customer care helpline on +44303 031 0320 between Please remember to include your Customer Number (if known), your full name and postcode and the order reference quoted online when corresponding by email.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or amend your order, you should contact Jolliman’s customer care department as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, you should accept that delivery and then return the items to us. If your order has not been dispatched then Jolliman will amend or cancel the order for you.
I sent an item for an exchange, when will I receive the replacement?
Jolliman aims to process exchanges within 7 working of receipt, however, at peak times it may take up to 14 working days for an exchange to be processed and dispatched.
