For first-time buyers, IPromo accepts most major credit cards, ACH, or wire payments. IPromo also can accept purchase orders from qualifying current clients. If customers have already worked with IPromo before, ask your consultant for a IPromo Credit Application. Please keep in mind that certain products may require prepayment, even for current clients.

Each product has its own production time. See the Description section for details on any product. Depending on the location and the shipping method, shipping can take 1-5 days. Because most of IPromo’s products are custom manufactured for clients, IPromo is unable to cancel once we start the order. If no decoration has occurred yet, IPromo may be able to return it to the manufacturer for a restocking fee. IPromo will do everything they can to help their clients control their costs. If in the event IPromo is unable to fulfil the order, the client’s order will be refunded.

IPromo will replace any missing, defective, or damaged products. And if they are unable to replace it, they will refund you the difference. IPromo asks that clients report any incorrect, missing, or damaged products within three business days of receiving their order. For defective products, please notify IPromo within 30 days of receipt. Depending on the nature of the issue, they may also ask you to provide photos.
