How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, contact one of Homage’s All-Stars as soon as you can via email at email@example.com or by phone at 888-PAY-HOMAGE (888-729-4662). Depending on where it falls in the queue, Homage will cancel your order, no hassle. In the event your order has already been packaged and shipped, you will need to complete a return, which is super easy and can be found on the Homage website.
I received the wrong item in my order. How do I get the item I ordered?
Homage is terribly sorry for any mix-up and inconvenience! Please reach out to one of Homage’s All-Stars via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 888-PAY-HOMAGE (888-729-4662) so Homage can correct it first thing! Within one business day, Homage will ship the correct item to you along with an envelope to ship back the incorrect item you received. Of course, all shipping costs will be on Homage!
When will my order ship?
Orders using standard shipping are currently shipping 2-4 business days after they were placed. Homage ships all orders from their distribution centre in Columbus, Ohio.
If your order has an item with a specific ship date noted, your entire order will ship once that item is available. You will find this date noted on the product page, at checkout, and on your order confirmation!
Orders placed with Overnight and Two-Day shipping methods ship the same day if they are placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. Overnight and Two-Day orders that are placed after 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will ship the following business day. Expedited deliveries occur only on business days; no weekend deliveries!
Domestic orders will arrive 3-6 days after leaving Homage’s distribution centre. With current carrier delays, this window could be longer.
All international orders ship within 2-3 business days, but may take up to four weeks to arrive due to delays at customs offices.
Please note: orders placed during a sale or promotion may take longer to process. Additionally, Homage’s distribution centre is closed on weekends and major holidays.
How do I return an item?
Homage is sad to hear your purchase didn’t work out. The good news is you can return any item for a full refund within 60 days of the original purchase date or receive store credit for a returned item up to a year after the original purchase date.
To return an item by mail, head to Homage’s returns page to start the return process and get your prepaid return shipping label!
To return an item to a retail location, simply bring the item and your order invoice/receipt to any of Homage’s retail locations, and one of Homage’s All-Stars will take care of you. Be sure to have the original card of purchase with you for the refund.
How does Homage‘s clothes fit?
While fits vary depending on style, much of Homage’s clothing features an athletic cut. If you prefer a looser, more relaxed feel, we recommend selecting the next size up. For more information on sizing, next to the size selection on each product page, you’ll find a size guide popup with additional fitting dimensions specific to the item.
