Once you’re logged in the press the cancel button and they will guide you through the process, sending you a confirmation at the end for peace of mind.

Please follow this process if your booking is non-flexible or inside 24 hours of your arrival date, to arrange a cancellation invoice for a travel insurance claim.

Log in to your account (if you haven’t done so already) in order to make changes, including amendments to your car registration and personal information. Date changes and cancellations can’t be made to non-flexible bookings. They need at least 24 hours notice before the stay date to make changes. Changes to your booking are free of charge, you’ll just need to pay any difference in price, which they’ll tell you at the time of amending the details. Sure. View your booking using your email address and booking reference and under ‘add extras’ select postal confirmation. There’ll be a small amount to pay which is taken from the card you used to book. If it doesn’t show as an option it’s too close to your travel date for them to guarantee you’ll receive it before you go.

Holiday Extras releases the funds to your card straight away, but depending on your bank’s policy it can take up to 10 working days to show in your account. The refund will go back to the card you used to make the booking.
