How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary details and the related tracking number, by way of which you will be able to track your shipment.
Which payment options do I have?
Guess accepts all Visa, Visa Electron, CartaSi, PostePay, Mastercard and American Express credit or prepaid cards. They also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.
Can I cancel or change my order?
An order cannot be modified. It is possible to cancel an order as long as it is still in process. You may ask for its cancellation, as well as verify if such action is still possible, by contacting Guess’ Customer Service.
What is your return policy?
If you wish to return a product, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to register your return. You can do it directly from the My Orders section of your account. If you placed your order as a guest, please access Register Your Return in the Customer Service section. If the order was delivered over 30 days ago, please contact Guess’ Customer Service. All items must be returned unused and in original condition, with all labels and tags intact.
When should I expect my refund?
Refunds are processed only after the returns are received by Guess’ warehouse and quality verifications are carried out, within 14 days of the receipt of the items. For the countries where the payment by cash on delivery is available, the refund will be issued through the payment method you selected while registering your return.
