Providing your order has not been allocated or shipped by their warehouse, they can make these changes if you contact them by email or phone call.
Are Gamola Golf‘s products genuine?
All of the products they stock is 100% genuine.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order (providing they haven’t shipped, they can make changes) they can refund this if you make contact with them.
Can I track my order?
Your order can be tracked if they are sending it by courier, which would be for large items such as Golf Clubs or Golf Shafts, or if you have requested next day delivery. They can provide a tracking number if you wish by making contact with them. Unfortunately, their standard delivery service cannot be tracked.
When do deliveries take place?
Their deliveries can take place at any time from around 8 am-5 pm. If you miss your delivery, you should receive a card through your letterbox to arrange a redelivery. If you have been waiting over 5 working days for UK delivery, please check with your local sorting office as they may be holding your package. If 15 working days have passed and you still have not received your items, please contact them and they will make contact with Royal Mail to resolve this.
Which courier do Gamola Golf use?
They currently use DPD as their courier service.
What is the payment method?
Gamola Golf accepts all the debit and credit card payments through SagePay which is a secure payment provider as well as PayPal.
