Can I return the product?
If you are not completely satisfied with item(s) purchased at www.frost.co.uk, you can return the unused good(s) to them within fourteen (14) days of receipt of item(s) for an exchange or refund. If returned after fourteen (14) days but within thirty (30) days it will be exchanged or you will receive a credit note against a future purchase. After thirty (30) days no exchange, refund, or credit note will be given.

Frost Restoration is not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment, removal or application of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) products.
Shortages and Damage – Please advise their Goods Returns Department of any problems with shortages or Carrier damage within two (2) days of receipt. They regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond their control they may be unable to process your claim.

They accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, and Eurocard.
Can I cancel or maned my order?
You can cancel or amend any order placed with Frost, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process.
Cancellation Period: by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within fourteen days of the day after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer.
You must provide notice of cancellation by email to customerservices@frost.co.uk and post the unused good(s) with a copy of the receipt to Frost Restoration, Albion Park, Warrington Rd, Glazebury, Warrington, WA3 5PG, UK no later than fourteen days after receipt of item(s).
Cancellation restriction: This applies to all of their products except the purchase of video, DVD, and software products where the item has been unsealed.
