What will I receive in my box?
Once you have signed up to a subscription your box will be on its way to you the next working day. In your first box, you will receive your weighted metal razor and four blades. If you have added any extra add-ons such as their shave cream this will arrive along with your razor and handle in a larger box. After your first month, you will start to receive monthly blade refills. You can add and remove any add-ons at any time throughout your subscription.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will be packed and dispatched the next working day from when you place your order and can take 3-5 working days to arrive. If there is no sign of your order after this time scale please contact them so they can track your parcel through Royal Mail.
What is the return policy?
They’re sure you’ll love your FFS products, but if not, you can return them to them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund once the products have been returned to them. Simply contact them within 14 days of receiving your FFS products and they’ll assist you with your return. Alternatively, you can package and post back your items via registered post to:

Please note they will only refund an item once they are notified of your intention to return within 14 days and goods are returned. They will also give a refund for a returned product if they are notified within 14 days after a subscription renewal and again the goods are returned to them. They do not offer refunds for subscription orders outside of the 14-day term.
How do I cancel?

Please include the email address to your subscription and postcode so they can find your account. They would also love to hear any feedback you have on their products in your email. You will receive a confirmation from their team when your subscription has been successfully canceled.
A payment has been taken but my order hasn’t arrived, what to do?
Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive after the date payment has been taken. If your order hasn’t arrived after 5 working days, please contact them so they can track your order through Royal mail for you.
