What is the return policy?
You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. They’ll also pay the return costs of delivery if the return is a result of their error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) You should expect to receive your refund within 3 days of giving your flowers back to the delivery team, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. If the delivery address was in London then they will collect the flowers on the same day. If the delivery took place out of London then they will collect the flowers within 1 day. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. They’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once they’ve received and processed the returned item. Alternatively please feel free to give us a call on 020 7724 7525. Your statutory rights are not affected when purchasing vases and teddy bears as add ons or as a stand-alone gift. You may return these items in the same condition as when purchased.

When you are placing an order, you will be given a selection of delivery options. All their products can be ordered for same-day delivery in London and next delivery in the rest of the UK.
