What form of payments are accepted?
Florsheim accept VISA, Mastercard, and PayPal. Florsheim do not accept checks, money orders, COD’s, or cash.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders will usually ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not processed until the following business day. An automated e-mail will be sent when your order is shipped and your funds are captured. If they do not have a product in stock, you will receive an email with any backorder or cancellation information.
What if I want to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order, as long as it has not entered the shipping process. Sign in to your account. Select your order and click the Cancel icon.
How do I return or exchange items purchased online?
You may withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the Products by contacting Florsheim in writing for approval. Florsheim will then inform you about the return modality. After receiving Florsheim approval, you have 14 (fourteen) days to return the Products. Florsheim cannot accept any merchandise back that has visible signs of wear and tear, and it must be returned in the original packaging. To determine if shoes are a correct fit, they recommend trying them on carpeted surfaces to avoid visible wear to the sole.
What if I received merchandise that is defective or incorrect?
Florsheim stand behind their Florsheim footwear within reason.
