I’ve received a wrong/faulty item, what to do?
They’re really sorry that there’s a fault with your item. Please contact customer service with a picture of the fault so they can work quickly to rectify the issue.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or amend an order before it has been shipped then please contact their customer service team on (+44) 01442 796 283 as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped they are unable to cancel it. You will need to wait for your order to be delivered and then follow their Returns Policy for a refund. Please note that delivery costs will not be refunded.
Do I have to pay for return delivery?
They require customers to pay for return delivery costs. They recommend using a traceable service offering proof of delivery such as Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class. They cannot be held responsible if anything is lost, stolen or damaged in transit when returning your item.
Do Fancydress.com exchange orders?
They do not offer exchanges on their website. If you would like to try another size or swap your item for something else, please place a new order. Once a return has been received they will arrange a full refund to be processed. Read more about their refunds policy.
How long do I have to return a product?
You have 14 days from receipt of the item to return your order to them. For more information on how to return an item to them, please visit their returns page.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be made to the card that was used for the original purchase and is processed as soon as possible (usually within 3-5 days of receipt). Please note your bank/credit card provider can take up to five working days to credit your account after we have notified them of a refund.
