Which payment methods do you accept?
Etihad Airways accepts Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club, American Express (credit card) and UATP. They also accept most major debit cards. Your card must have a three-digit CVV or CSC number.
Will I be charged if I make a change to my booking?
You may incur a fee to cancel or change your flight, subject to the conditions of your ticket.
If my luggage is delayed, can I place a claim for the costs of essential items?
Whilst Etihad Airways tracks your delayed bags, you can submit a claim to cover the cost of essential items. Submit your claim within 21 days. If you haven’t received your bags within 21 days of submitting a report, your baggage will be deemed as lost. In this case, Etihad Airways’s team will be in touch to help.
Can I get a ticket refund?
Yes, you are entitled to a refund if any Etihad Airways flight on your ticket has been cancelled and you purchased your ticket directly with Etihad Airways or a travel agency in Australia, Canada or the USA, or your ticket originates in the European Union (including Switzerland and the UK). You will also get a refund if travel is restricted by government regulations and you are unable to travel. You can request a refund a maximum of 14 days before your flight departure
Do I have to pay to join Etihad Guest?
No, Etihad Airways does not charge guests to join their loyalty programme.
