What are the shipping fees?

The shipping costs are calculated during checkout. For an estimate before checking out, you can click "Estimate Shipping" from the Shopping Cart page. It will provide a list of estimates for the shipping methods available to your selected destination. You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company.

How long will it take to ship my purchase?

Elecrow ships all in-stock orders in 1-3 business days once your payment has cleared. Airmail normally takes 7 to 25 days to reach the majority of the world, but the shipping time is greatly affected by factors beyond Elecrow’s control, like weather, post office delay, customs etc. It normally takes around 3-5 business days for DHL to arrive at its destination. You can track the state of your shipping on DHL’s website.

Does Elecrow replace faulty or damaged goods?

Elecrow guarantees to replace faulty goods within 90 days from the day you receive them. You will have to pay for return shipping costs on exchanges and returns and Elecrow will reimburse this cost upon verification of a fault. Product exchange is our normal policy, with refunds in exceptional cases.

What is Elecrow’s return policy?

Customers have 7 days from the date of receiving the goods in which you can cancel the contract - if you aren’t satisfied with the goods you received within a week, you can send the items back and get a refund. The product must be returned in its original packaging with its receipt and a small note for the reason for the return. Please note that you need to pay shipping fees for both deliveries and return. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of a shipping error on Elecrow’s part.
