At ehotel Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, JBC, Discover are all accepted.
When does ehotel charge my credit card?
Depending on the selected room / rate your credit card will be used by the hotel as guarantee only or charged by the hotel with a deposit or the provider will charge the full room rate after booking. The guarantee or payment method will be displayed during the booking process.
Does ehotel allow me to rebook or amend my reservation online?
No. This function is not yet implemented. You may place a new reservation and cancel the original booking or contact ehotel‘s Call Center.
Is my data accessible by unauthorised persons?
All your personal data is transmitted encrypted using latest technology.
When may I use my hotel room?
Most hotels will assign your room in the afternoon (14:00 / 15:00). On the departure day you will be asked to leave your room in the morning (10:00 / 11:00). Most hotels will have a room available for early arrivals. To guarantee early check-in or late check-out hotels may ask for an extra charge.
