I want to change my shipping address or item(s) in my order?
ECHT aims to get your orders out as quickly as possible, so once your order has been placed, their customer support team is unable to make any changes to your billing/delivery address or item(s) in your order.
I need a certain item but it is out of stock, how do I know when it’s back available?
You can visit the item you would like to purchase in the future, select the size you desire and click on “notify me when this product is available.” When the product is restocked an email will be sent out to you! Items that are on sale in their clearance section will no longer be restocked.
What is your refund policy?
Any new item can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery, or alternatively, you can exchange your product within 30 days. In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact ECHTimmediately. Please do not return any damaged goods before getting in touch with a member of the support team.
Do I have to pay for returns shipping?
In the unlikely circumstance, you are not content with your purchase, you may return the parcel to ECHT in secure and protected packaging for a refund or exchange within the guidelines below. Currently, you are responsible for the cost of returning your item to ECHT.
