Do you offer warranties?
Device Deal’s products are covered by manufacturer’s warranties and supported by manufacturer technical support teams. But you can include a Device Deal Extended Warranty with your purchase which means you can enjoy a range of special benefits that are exclusive to you and will help you enjoy the experience of your new product even more. With Device Deal Extended Warranty, you can relax knowing your purchase comes with additional protection. If an assessment finds that your product has suffered a fault covered by the terms of your plan, Device Deal will arrange to have a new replacement delivered to your doorstep.
What is your Change of Mind returns policy?
Device Deal’s change of mind returns policy differs depending on whether the products are opened or unopened. Please note that this policy is applied on a case-by-case basis and is subject to terms and conditions. If you wish to submit a change of mind return, please call or contact their team. Device Deal is generally happy to accept change of mind returns for unopened and unused products, given that they are in original or sealed packaging, have not been opened or used, remain in a resellable condition, and are promptly returned to Device Deal within 7 days of receiving the product. Unfortunately, they do not accept opened product(s) for return unless they have a major fault within the warranty period.
Are there products that do not qualify for returns?
Yes, for example, ex-demo products, products with a “Price Markdown” label, products with a “No Return basis” label, products listed on the packing slip or invoice as “No Return”, products specially ordered for a customer, clearance products and licensed software.
Do you offer refunds?
Device Deall will issue refunds on request. All refunds will be made by applying a credit against the original purchase. The actual method of refund will depend upon the payment method used for the original purchase. In some circumstances, a replacement product or repair will be offered instead of a full refund.
Do you offer credit notes?
Device Deal will usually issue a credit note within seven working days of them receiving the goods returned. The credit note which is issued can then be used as a payment against future purchases. Any handling fee and serviced postage are non-refundable. All credits issued by Device Deal are valid for 12 months. It is the credit receiver’s responsibility to redeem the credit value within that time frame.
