What is the payment method?
Dance Direct accepts Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, and PayPal.
Can I exchange the item?
Dance Direct will be happy to exchange items for all their customers within their returns policy period. If you do need an alternative item please complete the returns form with details of the product you would like to receive instead and they will process your request as soon as possible. If the new product is of a lower value they will refund the difference back to the card or PayPal used for the original purchase. If the new product is more expensive they will contact you for further payment details before they can despatch. Please ensure they have up to date details so they can contact you by telephone.
What if something is faulty?
Dance Direct are never pleased to hear that any items received are faulty, damaged, or were incorrectly shipped. All of their products are scrutinized prior to despatch however if, on the rare occasion, something isn’t as it’s supposed to be, please contact them by email or telephone to let them know. They will ask for the product to be returned under their normal returns procedure within 28 days from the despatch date and will be happy to exchange it for the same item or issue a full refund along with the postal cost.
Will I receive a refund or a credit note?
All returns where an exchange is not requested will be refunded to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase as soon as possible, in any case within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods returned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please Note: They will only refund original postage costs in the event of an error by Dance Direct, or in the case of faulty goods.

They are pleased to offer a no-quibble 28-day returns guarantee for any reason for a refund. For our UK based customers, they have a free returns option available to you. Simply follow the instructions below:
* Returned goods which are not faulty must be in their original packaging & be fit for re-sale.
* They include a return form with your order invoice in every parcel, simply complete this and send it along with your item(s)
* If you have lost/misplaced your returns form don’t worry, you can download a copy here.
* If you are in the UK, follow this link to generate your free Royal Mail returns label: http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3109
* You can either print the label and attach it to your parcel, or take the parcel to your local Post Office along with the downloaded pdf, for posting.
* Your return will be processed within 14 days
What is the European return policy?
They are pleased to offer a no-quibble 28-day returns guarantee for any reason for a refund. Simply print off the returns paperwork and fill in the paperwork with the necessary details and send the items back to them. As the items will be coming back to the UK please clearly mark on the outside of the box ‘Goods being returned to the UK’. Any customs charges incurred by Dance Direct due to a parcel not being clearly marked will be passed on and deducted from the corresponding credit.
