I have ordered the wrong product, what should I do?
If you realise you’ve made a mistake within an hour of placing your order online, please call them (between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am and 1 pm on Saturdays) on 01458 447275. Outside of these hours please email them at email@example.com. They’ll do their very best to cancel or amend your order. However, because they aim to process orders within 24 hours it may be too late. If this is the case you’ll need to follow their returns procedure and return the goods for an exchange.
The goods I have received are faulty or damaged. What should I do?
If the goods they have sent you are faulty or damaged, please call them on 01458 447275 and they will arrange for the goods to be returned for inspection at no cost to yourself. They will also arrange for the replacement item to be re-sent for you. If you would prefer to email them at firstname.lastname@example.org, please ensure that you include either your order number or name and address within the e-mail along with details of the damage or fault.
Can I order from outside the UK?
Yes. They are able to despatch most items to destinations outside the UK. Their free delivery offers are not available outside the UK. Information on cost and delivery estimates are shown in the checkout
Please note delivery outside the EU does not incur VAT. Prices shown do not include VAT.
If any items on your order are on “pre-order”, they will ship your whole order once all items are available.
Please note they are unable to mark items as a gift and that you are liable for any import duties that may be payable.
What if the products I order don’t fit or I don’t like them?
With the exception of some of their electrical and mobility products, everything you buy from them is covered by their “No Quibble Money Back Guarantee.” This means if you’re not 100% satisfied with any product, for any reason, at any time, you can return it to them for free within the UK for an immediate exchange or refund of the purchase price. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

I only want to order one small item. Do I still have to pay the full delivery cost?
Even though some of their products are very small and light their contract with their service provider means they have to pay the same amount for every parcel they send and the £4.99 charge reflects that.
