How do I check the status of my order?
If you are registered at Converse, you can obtain updates on your order by logging in to your account there. If you’re having trouble, call their customer service team.
Can I change my order?
Converse processes all orders as quickly as possible, but they might be able to help if the order is not yet dispatched. If they’re unable to change your order, it will ship as scheduled. But don’t worry – you can return it for any reason within 30 days. When your order arrives you may notice that you have the original details on the invoice but don’t worry, your amended order will be there.
I have received a faulty/incorrect item, what do I do?
Although Converse aims to provide their customers with products of the highest standard and quality, if you believe you have received a faulty/incorrect item, please contact them so they can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.
Please note that they’ll need a photo or two showing the fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Converse aims to process your refund within 3-5 business days of them receiving it where possible. They’ll also send you an email as soon as they have done so.
