Do I need to register before placing an order?
No, you do not have to. You can place the order directly on the Chicloth website without registering. If you change to another computer, you will not see the initial order information. If you like, you can also choose to register on the Chicloth website.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you did not pay for the order then you can modify and reorder.
If you finish the payment for your order, you can cancel or modify it in 24 hours for any reason. If more than 24 hours is exceeded, please send a request to the Chicloth customer service “email@example.com” for assistance.
If I want to change information (such as colour, size, shipping address, shipping method) of a paid order, what can I do?
Chicloth can only change that information for you if the order has not been shipped out. Therefore, please be more careful when placing your order. If there are changes, contact Chicloth via firstname.lastname@example.org
