You can create an account for ease of ordering each time you visit Brora, or you can check out as a guest if you’d prefer. When will I receive my order?
UK standard delivery orders should be with you within 5 working days, UK express delivery orders should be with you the next working day by 1 pm (when ordering before 1 pm). If you provide them with an email address and/or mobile phone number, you should receive delivery alerts and an hour delivery slot on the day of delivery, so you can track your parcel all the way to your door. Which carrier do Brora use?
UK deliveries are sent with DPD, one of the top-rated delivery companies in the UK. They can also dispatch with Royal Mail, please request this when placing your order. Overseas orders are sent with UPS.

How long have I got to make a return?
They know that sometimes you will need to make a return to them, they ask that you send it back within 14 days (UK customers), 21 days (Europe excluding the UK) and 28 days (Rest of the World).
For their UK customers, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If you notify them of your request to cancel, you will then have a further 14 days to get your complete order back to them. For full information, please see their returns page.
How much do returns cost?
They offer the free UK returns, you’ll have a postage-paid label on your invoice. Simply put this label on your return parcel and take this to your local post office. Please ensure you retain the proof of postage until you have received your refund. For their overseas customers, please send back to them using the most convenient method from your country, always retain the proof of postage until you receive your refund. They don’t offer free returns for overseas orders.
I’d like an exchange, how do I do this?
You have returns form on the reverse of your invoice, simply give them the item code/colour/size you’d like them to exchange for and send back your unwanted item for them to process. If they cannot fulfil an exchange order, they’ll give you a refund or credit instead.
