Why is the promotion code not working on the website?
Belly Button has a step-by-step guide on how to apply the promotion code.
First, select the quantity to place an item in the shopping bag.
Enter code in the promotion code box but be sure to click on the “apply code” button. Once the code is applied, a change in the total will reflect the discount that the promotion code offers.
Please note that no more than one promotional code is allowed per order, and cannot be applied to the SP&S fees.
How can I cancel an order?
Belly Button’s standard return policies apply only to products purchased by the customer directly from the Belly Button website.
All product returns require approval from Belly Button’s customer service team within 30 days of receipt of the product.
Upon receipt of returned product Belly Button will refund the purchase amount (on the credit card used for the purchase) minus (if applicable) any shipping and handling fees, insurance fees, or embroidery fees, and a $2 restocking fee.
Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style or colour), you must contact Belly Button’s customer service within 30 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product.
Belly Button DO NOT replace it with a different product than what was originally ordered.
What is the shipping cost to Ireland?
