I returned my items and requested a refund but I have not been refunded yet. How do I chase this?
They will process refunds within 7 days of receiving the items back to them. Please ensure all returns are sent to them by signed and tracked delivery methods. If it has been longer than 7 days and you have not received your refund, please email them at sales@bananashoes.com.

My order has not arrived. How do I get an update on where it is?
All of their parcels are given a tracking number which is sent to you in your ‘Shipping Confirmation Email’. Please check the email for details of your parcel and how to track it. if you do not have a Shipping Confirmation Email, please email them at sales@bananashoes.com.
