Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you’ve placed an order using Clearpay, you won’t be given the option to cancel it.
For all other payment options, there are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order:
Next Day Delivery, Evening Next Day Delivery and ASOS Instant - 15 minutes after completing your order.
Precise Delivery - 2 days before your chosen day.
Standard Delivery & all other delivery options - 60 minutes after completing your order.
How do I track my order?
All you need to do is log into ‘My Account’ and select the order you want to track.
Click the ‘Track Order’ button to follow your parcel.
Can I amend my order after I’ve placed it?
ASOS are really quick at packing your order up which means they can’t make any changes once you’ve placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.
However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead.
Can I exchange an item?
You can also exchange your item within 28 days, as long as the new item has the same product code as the original thing you ordered. If you want to exchange for a different colour, the price of both colours must be the same as the price at which you bought the original product.
How does Fit Assistant help with sizing?
Their tool takes the information you provide and tailors it to what similar shoppers have bought, to provide recommendations that aim to be as accurate as possible. ASOS try and reduce the need for their customers to purchase multiple sizes of an item, which they understand isn’t always affordable or convenient. You can also let ASOS know when you’ve bought things for others, so it doesn’t influence your future results.
