What is the return policy?
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are entitled to return any products bought from Advanced MP3 Players within 14 days of receipt of goods and receive a full refund or a different product. This law assumes that the goods have not been used and are in pristine condition. For opened/used items a restocking fee may be levied upon inspection of the returned goods. If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below and we will send you a returns number and return instructions:

* Select the order containing the item that you wish to return.
* Fill in the details on the form, and click on the button at the bottom of the page.
* Customer Support will then get back to you on the same day basis.
Please use the email address provided at the time of the order to login to your account. A password would have also been sent at the time of your order. If you have mislaid this or did not receive one, you can request a new password from the account login screen.
How can I cancel?
You have the right to cancel your contract of sale within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform them of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. via logging into your account to request a return as outlined above, email, telephone or letter).

What if I have received a damaged product?
If you receive a faulty or damaged product within 14 days of purchase, Advanced MP3 Players will reimburse your return postal costs. The return postal cost of faulty items returned out with their 14-day return policy (within the manufacturer’s warranty period) is paid by the customer.
